Beginner Yoga

All are levels welcome. Please bring a mat.
Join in anytime as we explore Yoga from the ground up . Each week we learn a different set of postures and other elements unique to the practice of Yoga . It is a 4 week series that starts over each month . You are welcome to join in anytime . The revolving style of this series allows you to repeat each class as often as you’d like as it prepares you to take part in other Yoga classes with the know how and ability to practice without injury.
