Gentle Yoga

All are levels welcome. Please bring a mat.
This practice allows us to explore the softer side of Asana. Join us, as we slowly and gently open our bodies, calm the breathe and still the mind. This class will allow plenty of time to get into and out of some of the most delightful postures that Yoga has to offer our bodies.
